Quality and Compliance Manager

Role Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding Care-at-Home company and play a pivotal role in driving quality improvement to make a positive difference to those we care for daily. You will support the Branch Managers in leading the delivery of the very best social care.

The Role: You will deliver the Capercaillie Care vision of being the provider of choice in every locality. You will work systematically with Branch Managers to develop and deliver each service-users Action Plan for internal and external inspections.

You will be compassionate with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of care regulations and compliance. Knowledge of CM2000 or similar is essential. Minimum qualification would be the SVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
