All staff employed by Capercaillie Care are subject to a screening process in advance of being placed with our Service Users.

Capercaillie Care’s Care Workers receive a thorough, bespoke induction which covers Capercaillie Care’s Policies and Procedures, Health and Social Care Standards, and the following training package:

Current Vacancies
